Each year more than 10 million Americans face eviction. And yet, most state and local leaders don’t track how many evictions are happening in their community, where they occur, and who is impacted. Without comprehensive and reliable data, decision-makers can’t design or implement effective policies that keep families stably housed.

Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½â€™s Eviction Data Response Network (EDRN) is a bold initiative to change that reality. In 2024 to 2025, Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ led a cohort of 9 city, county, and state EDRN partners to build detailed line of sight into evictions in their communities. From 2025 to 2028, we will build on this work to support up to 10 state-level teams across the country to build pipelines of reliable and comprehensive eviction data and then leverage that data to craft smart policies and programs that keep people housed.
