Future of Land & Housing

Thriving Families

�鶹��ý’s Future of Land & Housing program envisions a nation where everyone has an affordable, safe, and stable home near well-paying jobs, good schools, and strong communities. We are a team of housing policy entrepreneurs who identify high-impact solutions to urgent housing problems, test those solutions with local communities and civic leaders, and then leverage our national network and platform to accelerate adoption at scale. By bridging research, policy, narrative change, convening, and implementation, we connect academics, national policymakers, and local leaders. Our current focus areas include eviction prevention, climate mobility, and expanding affordable housing supply.
