Morgan Polk is a Senior Policy Analyst in the Center on Education & Labor.
Prior to joining Âé¶¹¹û¶³´«Ã½, Polk worked at the National Urban League, where she led federal policy work in education, health, and labor. Of particular focus for Polk in this role were: school climate, student loans, social safety net, and apprenticeship. Polk began her career teaching middle school in Memphis, Tennessee. She taught intervention classes for reading and math grades 6-8 and seventh grade English language learners.
Polk holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan. She holds a BA in political science and psychology with a minor in English from Texas A&M University.
