Comment on OMB’s Uniform Guidance Proposed Rule

In May 2026, the Trump Administration at the Office of Management and Budget that would overhaul the Uniform Guidance. This set of rules delineates how federal grants, cooperative agreements, and other monetary awards to nonprofits, state and local governments, and other grantees are governed.

Âé¶¹¹û¶³´«Ã½ has concerns with the proposed changes. Our comment outlines how this rule would politicize the grant process, increase risk for grantees, and make it harder to reach underserved communities.
