WASHINGTON, DC (July 24, 2026): �鶹������ý is pleased to announce the promotion of Molly G. Martin to Vice President of Development & Strategy. In this role, Martin will fundraise for, design, implement, and measure various strategic opportunities that advance �鶹������ý’s mission.

Martin has served as �鶹������ý’s Director of Strategy since 2022, guiding organization-wide priorities and turning ambitious ideas into actionable outputs. From 2017 to 2021, she led �鶹������ý Indianapolis, working alongside Rust Belt communities to advance racial and economic equity.

“Molly has a rare talent to connect long-term vision with the executional work required to achieve outcomes,” said Paul Butler, �鶹������ý’s Interim CEO and President & Chief Transformation Officer. “Her strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and deep commitment to �鶹������ý’s mission will help us further align our goals, partnerships, and resources in pursuit of big ideas and bold solutions that work for everyone.”

Before joining �鶹������ý, Martin spent 10 years at Lumina Foundation focused on organizational learning, effective philanthropic practice, and higher education policy. She has also worked at Butler University and Indiana University, directed marketing for a health care startup, and earned recognition as an award-winning freelance writer.
