Molly G. Martin is the Vice President of Development and Strategy at Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½, where she works to shape, measure, implement, and fund strategic opportunities for the organization.

From 2022-26, Martin served as Director of Strategy at the organization. In 2017-2021, Martin was the Director of Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Indianapolis, where she worked with local communities across the Rust Belt on issues of racial and economic equity.

Prior to joining Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½, Martin spent 10 years at Lumina Foundation, focused on organizational learning; effective philanthropic practice; and higher education policy. Martin is also an award-winning freelance writer; worked at Butler University and Indiana University; and directed marketing for a health care startup.
