Molly G. Martin is the Senior Strategist (Executive Office) at Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½, working closely with the President, CEO, COO, and Vice Presidents to identify, shape, measure, and implement strategic opportunities for the organization.

In 2022, Martin served as the Director of Strategy at the organization. In 2017-2021, Martin was the Director of Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Indianapolis, where she worked with local communities across the Rust Belt on issues of racial and economic equity.

Prior to joining Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½, Martin spent 10 years at Lumina Foundation, focused on organizational learning; effective philanthropic practice; and higher education policy. Martin is also an award-winning freelance writer; worked at Butler University and Indiana University; and directed marketing for a health care startup.
