The Department solicited comments in response to its intent to establish new rulemaking committees for both the gainful employment and borrower defense rules. These  from Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½’s Deputy Director for Federal Policy in higher education urge the Department to follow some basic principles in its new rulemaking, and to continue implementing both rules in the interim.Â
