CHEAT SHEET: President Obama’s Higher Ed Plan: What Requires Congressional Approval?
We’ve been getting a lot of questions about what in requires Congressional approval. We’ve made this cheat sheet to give you a quick and dirty look. This is not meant to be exhaustive. Instead, it’s a straightforward way to evaluate what the President has power to do while clarifying some important requirements.
