Meaghan Keeler is the founding Chief Operating Officer of the Global SOF Foundation and an Future Security Program Fellow at 麻豆果冻传媒. Prior to starting with Global SOF in 2014, she worked for CACI supporting Operational Planning Teams at U.S. Special Operations Command, and worked in the Commander鈥檚 Action Group and Operations Directorate at U.S. Central Command. She has also served as the Interim Executive Director and Events Coordinator for Women In International Security, a nonprofit organization for women who work in international affairs. In 2025, she was honored as a Tampa Bay Business Journal Businesswoman of the Year.
