Our goal is to spotlight individuals in leadership positions stereotyped as “male” or “female” by telling a story of both their victories and the barriers they faced along the way. The Role Model Effect can help individuals advance in their personal and professional lives by creating images of relatable individuals whose success seems attainable. The Role Model Effect breaks down gender stereotypical beliefs and empowers individuals to rise through the ranks of  their professional careers. We will feature one individual every Wednesday throughout the remainder of summer.

Our blog will feature individuals from a variety of industries on a weekly basis. We hope to give them the chance to explain their journey and what being a role model means to them. Each post will feature five questions and a range of responses that explain how each individual navigates their professional and personal lives.
