The Department published a proposed regulation on accreditation and state authorization of online programs in June 2019. On July 12, 2019, Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½'s Amy Laitinen and Clare McCann submitted that raised concerns with the regulatory process used and urged the Department to protect students and taxpayers by strengthening, not weakening, accreditation rules.
