The Department of Education published a draft data collection request for its ongoing experiments under the Experimental Sites Initiative, which is designed to test reforms in a limited setting so that the Secretary can make recommendations to Congress about future policy changes. Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½’s Higher Education Initiative submitted  on the draft request, asking the Department to collect more and better information and to rigorously evaluate its experiments.
