When, Where, & How to Register
The negotiated rulemaking hearings will take place during three separate virtual sessions. These hearings are open to the public, however you must register in advance to watch the rulemaking and can do so by visiting the Department's .
- Session 1: January 18-21, 2022 from 10-12:30/1-4:30 eastern;
- Session 2: February 14-18, 2022 from 10-12/1-4 eastern;
- Session 3: March 14-18, 2022 from 10-12/1-4 eastern
