The Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ Foundation’s National Security Studies Program held a discussion with Stephen Tankel, author of the recently published book Storming the World Stage: The Story of Lashkar-e-Taiba, on whether the group is poised to replace al-Qaeda and lead the global jihad.
